Partner with the City to add a rain garden near your home. Be a part of city beautification and water quality efforts as we work to provide plants, construction and expertise for residents to successfully care for rain gardens located in public right-of-ways near their homes within the city.

What are the benefits of the program?

What are the requirements for eligibility?
The location must be in a city-owned right-of-way within the city limits, in an area that will collect stormwater during rainfall events. Call 864.1979 to determine if the right-of-way adjacent to your property is eligible based on program criteria. Gardens are planted as part of a good faith agreement and signed maintenance contract that all maintenance needs be met by the applicant/adjacent property owner.
